Strategic Planning

He presented to them the numerical trend of reporting PESOs and their consequent impact. He also posed the challenge of adapting the new Monthly Employment Report and sought for the organization's strategy on such.

Dir. Tan motivates the officers to “aspire and inspire” for a better public service.

Dir. Tan proposed that all officers be the models to inspire less active PESOs in terms of reporting. She encouraged them to reach out and check how Batangas PESO and DOLE can be of assistance.

Among the other matters discussed are SPES implementation and capacity-building activity for all Batangas PESO managers and staff.

*The organization, aptly called as Batangas PESO, has 35 PESO managers and 4 JPO managers as regular members. It was constituted through the efforts of DOLE-Batangas which provide technical assistance and continuous learning to the body.
