To ensure the safety of our clients and employees, DOLE 4A adopt the new normal scheme which some of our services requires to process through online. We developed online services with the help of Google Forms, it allows clients to register and to comply with the necessary requirements to complete the transactions as ordered under the Labor Code.

Alien Employment Permit (AEP)

The Alien Employment Permit (AEP) is a permit issued to a nonresident alien or foreign national seeking admission to the Philippines for employment purposes after a determination of the non-availability of Filipino citizen who is competent, able and willing at the time of application to perform the services for which the alien is desired.

DOLE IV-A Client Appointment System (DCAS)

It is an online appointment scheduler that allows clients to schedule appointments through an online portal.One of the objectives of this system is to reduce congestion in the DOLE IV-A Regional Office as well as in its Provincial Offices especially during the COVID-19 pandemic to prevent people from gathering inside the offices in line with social distancing measures.

Registration of Establishment (Rule 1020)

The establishment regardless of size of economic activity, whether small, medium or large scale in one single location, shall register with the DOLE pursuant to the provisions of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards to form part of a databank of all covered establishments.

Request for Certificate of Involuntary Separation for SSS

All local employees including Kasambahay who are covered for the grant of unemployment insurance or involuntary separation benefit shall apply for DOLE Certification of involuntary separation as contemplated under SSS Circular No. 2009-011.

Application for DOLE Certificate for No Pending Case and No Pending Case on Child Labor

Through the exercise of visitorial powers under Article 128 of the Labor Code, as amended, the Department is mandated to review labor standards cases coming from Regional Offices and Order of the POEA Administrator pertaining to recruitment violations.

Certificate of No Pending Case is issued to stakeholders for bidding purposes, renewal of license and withdrawal of escrow deposit.

Certificate of No Pending Case on Child Labor is issued to business establishments that maintains a company policy expressly prohibiting child labor and not have a pending case with the Department on the use of child labor.

Report of Safety Organization

Pursuant to OSH Standards and Department Order No. 198-18 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 11058 “An Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof”, employers, contractors or subcontractors, if any, shall submit to DOLE all safety and health reports, notifications and organizational plans and minutes relative to the implementation of OSH Program.

Annual Medical Report

Pursuant to OSH Standards and Department Order No. 198-18 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 11058 “An Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof”, employers, contractors or subcontractors, if any, shall submit to DOLE all safety and health reports and notifications such as but not limited the Annual Medical Report(AMR), OSH Committee Report, Employer’s Work Accident/Injury Report (WAIR), and Annual Work Accident/Injury Exposure Data Report (AEDR).

Registration of Job Service Contractor/Sub-Contractor

The Certificate of Registration of Contractors is issued to all parties engaged in legitimate contracting and subcontracting arrangements in accordance with DOLE Department Order (DO) No. 174, Series of 2017/Rules Implementing Articles 106 to 109 of the Labor Code, as amended.

Request for Technical Safety Inspection (TSI)

For the effective administration, enforcement and implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), specifically in the conduct of technical safety inspection in industrial establishments including agricultural enterprises, as well as the basic safety provisions in the operation and use of mechanical equipment such as boilers, pressure vessels, internal combustion engines, elevators/manlift/dumbwaiter, power piping lines, crane and hoist and turbines as well as electrical wiring installations.

Online Customer Feedback Form

The online form allows clients to make comments on their experiences or concerns at a specific program of DOLE IV-A. It also allows them to be added to an email list for upcoming seminars and trainings spearheaded by DOLE IV-A. Comments made through this online platform will remain anonymous and confidential, and only be used for internal purposes.

It also aims to enhance the programs and services by seeking comments or suggestions and addressing the needs of customers and stakeholders especially during this health crisis.

DOLE CALABARZON ONLINE APPLICATION SYSTEM (OASYS)

It is a web-based application system which provides new job vacancies at DOLE IV-A. Herein, interested applicants may submit the documentary requirements such as: application letter, fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS), performance rating in the last rating period,copy of Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License and copy of Transcript of Records. The creation of OASYS aims to lessen the threat of COVID-19 in the region by discouraging the applicants to go directly to the office and apply as walk-in.
